fantastic family stay
nice pool beautiful garden sympathetic staff helpful reception
the pools and slides were really nice. the staff was helpful, especially at the reception. i enjoyed breakfast at the italian restaurant. the gardens were beautiful and well-kept. facilities for children were adequate.
the walkways around pools could have been cleaner.

The pools spanned the length of the hotel and were sectioned off nicely.
Our pool view room overlooked the BUS driveway and had buses pulling in constantly. The shampoo provided was HORRIBLE and there was no conditioner. Our housekeeper only rolled the duvet up on the end of the beds some days, so we had to make them ourselves.

repetitive food poor entertainment
The hotel layout felt organized, and the stuff members were always ready to help.
The food was repetitive, and the drinks tasted like petrol. There were also many flies around the food. The entertainment was POOR. The team only focused on the pool where the swim-up bar was.

good program perfect cleaning clean pool
The animation team offered a good program daily. my room had perfect cleaning every day, a very nice thing. the pools were large and clean. the aquapark was super. It all worked out very nicely.
